Bug 211060

WebInspector tests are timing out after r260672. I can confirm this changeset introduced the regression by checking out r260671, clean build and running several of the WebInspector tests that are timing out. The tests pass. Then I removed WebKitBuild/Release, moved to r260672, applied build fixes r260728 and r260696, then build and run the same tests again. The tests timeout.
