Here is what it gives by reloading first tab in acid test 3. You can reload as many times as you want after the first one it always stays at 98% with following error report. Failed 2 tests. Test 26 passed, but took 44ms (less than 30fps) Test 77 failed: expected '4776' but got '5550' - getComputedTextLength failed. Test 78 failed: expected '90' but got '0' - getRotationOfChar(0) failed. Total elapsed time: 1.21s If more tabs are opened those can mace it up to 100%. Only the first tab stays at 98%

So far I have been unable to reproduce. I launched Safari and navigated to acid3. It reached 100/100. Then I reloaded the page several times. Each time it reached 100/100 again.
