If the user zooms in or out of the page (which makes the viewport smaller or bigger), the SVG transform origin is not working correctly. Example: https://codepen.io/mauriceconrad/pen/WNYpjmR To reproduce the issue, you have to change the viewports zoom level using ⌘+ or ⌘-
