Summary [view-transitions] differences in behavior between WebKit & Chromium

Having this blog post side by side between Chrome 123 & STP 192 shows differences in behavior: https://jakearchibald.com/2024/view-transitions-handling-aspect-ratio-changes/ I am *assuming* these are implementation bugs in WebKit? I don't know view transitions enough to know the where the bugs are, but like I said, they're very easy to spot. The "Animate slowly" versions are especially helpful.

https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=272661 is a reduction of one of the issues.

All the issues in that blog post have been fixed on trunk, the only remaining behavior difference is due to WebKit not supporting overflow-clip-margin.
