Summary
[view-transitions] differences in behavior between WebKit & Chromium

Having this blog post side by side between Chrome 123 & STP 192 shows differences in behavior:

I am *assuming* these are implementation bugs in WebKit? I don't know view transitions enough to know the where the bugs are, but like I said, they're very easy to spot. The "Animate slowly" versions are especially helpful.

All the issues in that blog post have been fixed on trunk, the only remaining behavior difference is due to WebKit not supporting overflow-clip-margin.
