I confirmed that this is not reproducible with the latest Safari Technology Preview and Epiphany Technology Preview. It seems to be a Windows port specific bug.

Created attachment 471205 [details] [screenshot] Mac port with page zoom This isn't a Windows specific problem. Because Windows port doesn't support device scale factor yet (bug#196339), Windows MiniBrowser is using the page zoom instead of device scale factor for high DPI display. Because I'm using 150% DPI display, Windows MiniBrowser is set page zoom to 150% by default. By changing the page zoom, this bug is reproducible with the latest Safari Technology Preview and Epiphany Technology Preview.
